Interested in hiring me to work a venue of your choosing, whether it be for a club/lounge opening, an event with your FC/Special someone or a small private event? Below is a list of drinks I will typically offer/serve while I bartend unless asked or given a menu otherwise. Please note that if you would like any additional menu items, I would like to be given a heads up in advance (if it is a themed party, I will usually try to come prepared with 1 or 2 additional drinks to cater to that specific theme/event).

Strawberry Daquiri Sangria
The Strawberry Daquiri Sangria is a personal favourite of mine, because I love the flavor combinations it has to offer. I'll make this drink any time any place given the opportunity.Ingredients:
- Riesling
- 3 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup of Light Rum
- 1/4 Cup of Triple Sec
- 2 tbsp of Lime Juice
Gin Fizz
The Gin Fizz is a seasonally summer-based drink, but I like to serve it year round. Please note that I like to serve it without the egg white, however.Ingredients:
- 2 Ounces of Gin
- 1/2 Ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp of Simple Syrup
- 3 Ounces of Club Soda
New York Sour
The New York Sour is another personal l favourite of mine in the sour cocktails. Had to throw it in there with a splash of Merlot wine for posterities sake, it is in the name after all.Ingredients:
- 2 Ounces of Bourbon
- 1 Ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Ounce of Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Ounce of Merlot Wine
Mai Tai
It's Mai-Tai me to shine. This drink is another classic and party favourite I couldn't turn down while making the menu.Ingredients:
- 1 Ounce of Dark Rum
- 1 Ounce of White Rum
- 1/4 Ounce of Orgeat
- 1/2 Ounce of Orange Curaçao
- 3/4 Ounces of Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 Ounce of Rich Simple Syrup

Welcome to the Event-Specific part of my service menu. If you have booked me and would like me to serve special drinks to go alongside your event, or whatever it may be I have been hired for, you can choose TWO (2) of the following menu items, or ask about TWO (2) drinks you may have in mind yourself.You are welcome to choose any way you like, this means if you are wanting one (1) Seasonal offer, and one (1) Event-Specific offer, that is fine by me. You're also welcome to choose two (2) from one or the other. It is preferred you do not choose a seasonal/event-specific drink that has no relation to your event (Ex; Ordering a sprink drink in the winter).
